On Saturday we walked to a park nearby so we could watch the Rexburg Air Show. It was fun to watch the planes doing their cool tricks in the air. Doug's mom, his brother Devin, his wife Katy, and their son Jake joined us. We didn't stay for the entire thing, but what we saw was a lot of fun.
We didn't do much on Sunday for Father's Day. Doug hung around until we left for Church and then he left to go home. It was a hard goodbye, we knew it would be, but you can never quite know how hard it will be until the time comes. I almost packed our bags and went with him, but it just wasn't possible with our schedule. Thankfully we only have to wait until next weekend and he'll be home again.
Rexburg Air Show
Which way did it go?
Doug having deep thoughts.
Miriam took this picture and obviously doesn't understand the power of zoom.

What is that pilot doing?
Just happy to be alive.
Hanging with Daddy, or is that hanging ON Daddy?
Daddy, are you still alive?

I didn't know Rexburg had any air shows. I suppose I have been gone for too long. Looks like you all had fun. Glad Doug could join you!
It was so nice seeing Doug & hanging out with you. I'm glad Doug got his haircut finished.
I bet it's so hard being apart. Looks like girls are in heaven. I'm liking your long hair! Are you growing your hair out?
I'm so glad Doug got there early! That goodbye must have been tough. It seems like it's always worse when you've already been apart and know how hard it's going to be. I hope the time goes by as quickly as possible for you! And, I love that picture of you, you are beautiful!
I didn't know that Rexburg did air shows either. Cool-you also look really pretty in your close up photo-your hair is so blonde!
